Its time to think of blue skies, summer days and The Cromer Pier Show, the only end of the pier show of its kind.
It’s time to think of blue skies, summer days and the celebrated Cromer Pier Show. Following on from a record breaking year in 2017, production preparations and planning are in full swing to bring you an eclectic blend of traditional and contemporary variety for 2018, the only end of the pier show of it’s kind in the world and the jewel in our crown. We are delighted to present to you the 2018 principal cast.
Often described as a brilliant comedian with an amazing voice, Steve Terry takes the helm, his smart, easy and affable style is sure to delight audiences this summer. His ability to censor his comedy to suit the audience around him stands him out as one of the best in the business. As well as being an accomplished presenter and stand-up comedian Steve is a gifted vocalist, allowing him the flexibility to create unique and memorable performances as seen in Theatres, Holiday Centres, Hotels, Corporate Events and for leading Cruise Lines. The man known as “G” is a quirky and zany comedy impersonator, an excellent singer in his own right, but the wild card in the act is the voices (and not just the ones in his head). He has a huge repertoire of vocal impressions ranging from James Blunt to Joe Cocker. He takes you on an unpredictable ride from an uncanny Louis Armstrong to a roaring Nickelback, and from the dulcet tones of George Ezra to the squeaky Bee Gees. There are nods to Monty Python and comedy legends such as Billy Connolly, and character voices from the likes of Family Guy and the Muppets. Half the fun of G’s act is noting his myriad facial expressions, random lyric changes and comments, often so subtle they could be missed. He can be silly with the best of them, and never misses the chance of a witty retort. And you never get exactly the same show twice, there is always something new to experience. It’s cabaret at it’s best and not to be missed. Be amazed! have a sneak peek here
