Terms and Conditions
By accepting your order a legally binding contract between Pavilion Theatre and you is created. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
By placing your order you warrant that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the ticket or service. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us.
All tickets are subject to availability.
It is a condition of sale in respect of all tickets that a ticket is only valid for admission to the performance it was booked for if at no time it has been sold or exchanged at a price or value that is more than the price paid for it at the Pavilion Theatre Box Office. Any ticket which has been at any time sold in contravention of this condition is void and will not admit the holder to the performance.
Pavilion Theatre staff are authorised to refuse admission to the theatre and reserve the right to do so if in their absolute judgement your conduct is such that it is likely to disrupt or disturb other persons attending the theatre. Pavilion Theatre also reserves the right to terminate your permission to be on the premises and remove you therefrom in similar circumstances.
The Pavilion Theatre don’t knowingly allow any guest to attend performances who: (i) has an unspent criminal conviction; (ii) has an entry on a criminal register (including the sex offenders’ register); (iii) has any record of any order indicating antisocial behaviour, violence, abuse, public disorder, or criminal damage or any other form of antisocial behaviour; (iv) is a convicted sex offender, subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003; or (v) is subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Notice. If you don’t disclose this information about yourself or any other member of your party, and it later becomes known to us, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and require that you, and the other members of your party, leave the Pavilion Theatre, without refund.
Every member of the audience must be in possession of a valid ticket. Altered or defaced tickets will not be valid.
Confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail does not guarantee the ticket sale (online sales only).
Please check your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Pavilion Theatre reserves the right to alter or vary the performance/event due to events or circumstances beyond Pavilion Theatre’s control without being obliged to refund monies or change tickets. This does not affect your statutory rights.
On very rare occasions, performances may be rescheduled or cancelled due to illness or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer to transfer your booking to the rescheduled date, where applicable. Please note that all tickets must be exchanged at the box office for the new date to avoid duplicate bookings of returned seats. If the rescheduled date is not convenient, audiences will be offered either a full refund or a credit voucher. In the event of a cancellation, audiences will likewise be offered a full refund or a credit voucher. For further information, please contact the box office. The Pavilion Theatre expressly disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the rescheduling or cancellation of any performance, including (but not limited to) accommodation or travel costs.

Except to the extent of the above two services or in the event of cancellation of a performance no refund or part thereof is available after a ticket is purchased.
Please note that strobe lighting, pyrotechnics, smoke, haze, lasers and bright lighting effects might be used in The Cromer Pier Show, The Cromer Pier Christmas Show and other touring shows and concerts. If you have any queries or concerns, please contact the Box Office.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, dancing on the auditorium stairs at Cromer Pier is strictly prohibited. The stairways are designated as access routes and must be kept clear at all times to ensure safe movement and emergency access. Any activity that may obstruct these areas or pose a risk to yourself or others is not permitted. Our staff reserve the right to intervene where necessary and may request individuals to return to their seats or leave the venue if this policy is not followed.
Children & Age Guidelines:
We operate a “No Under 3s” policy for most performances, except for shows specifically designed for very young children. Children under 3 are also welcome at our Summer and Christmas shows.
Customers should always consider the age recommendations when booking tickets, as these reflect the tone and content of each performance.
For performances that allow children under 3, they may share a seat with an adult without a ticket. If you prefer your child to have their own seat, a ticket will be required.
Any published age guidance is provided for advisory purposes only. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to decide whether a show is suitable for their child.
For safeguarding reasons, all children aged 16 and under must be seated with a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
Possession of a valid ticket authorises the admission of the holder to the auditorium immediately before the performance begins but once the performance has begun the following applies. To avoid disturbing the audience and performers, latecomers will not be allowed access to the auditorium until a suitable point in the performance designated by the company, which may not be until the interval. The Duty Manager’s decision is final.
The making of recordings and photography, with or without flash, is strictly forbidden.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, and vaping is strictly prohibited in any of the commercial outlets on Cromer Pier, including the Pavilion Theatre. The designated smoking area can be found to the right of the theatre.
Any complaints regarding the show or view from the seats should be made to the Duty Manager promptly, prior to or during the performance.
Pavilion Theatre reserves the right for themselves or third parties to carry out general filming and sound recording in or around the building. Purchase of a ticket signifies the holder’s consent to be photographed or sound recorded and to the commercial exploitation of such film or recording without any right to payment. Any ticket holder who objects to being photographed or recorded must advise the Duty Manager before the performance begins.
For certain shows, babies and children under 3 are welcome and may share a seat with you. For shows which do not qualify for this option, we regret children under 3 are not admitted to the auditorium.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all promotional information supplied is accurate, you are advised to take appropriate precautions to verify such information. From time to time we may offer competition prizes in the press and on social media. If you are lucky enough to win, tickets are issued subject to availability and there is no exchange for cash or other products. Correct entry winners are picked at random and notified by email, telephone, or Facebook.
We may offer promotion code discounts for the Cromer Pier Show and selected touring shows. In order to receive the discount, the code must be entered at the time of booking. No refunds can be given following purchase if the code was not entered online or at the box office at the time of purchase.
