Firstly, we would like to sincerely thank you for your patience during this devastating time for the pier and the theatre. Having been instructed to leave the pier sooner than expected following the government directive to close all bars, theatres and restaurants, the refund and credit process has been delayed while systems have been set up to enable us to proceed the process remotely. We are now pleased to confirm that we are now in a position to begin the process, these will be processed according to show performance date order.
