We have been awarded the “See it Safely” accreditation so that you can be sure that we are doing everything required for the safe return of audiences to the theatre. Having successfully operated in a Covid secure manner throughout 2020/2021 the Cromer Pier Pavilion Theatre will be adapted to all Covid safety requirements in place at the time. At the moment face coverings are not mandatory but of course, you may wear them, we do ask that you wear a face-covering when moving around the venue and limit the number of your party going to the bar during the interval. Seating is not sold socially distanced.

We do understand that not everybody is ready to mix fully so, subject to availability we can offer socially distanced bubbles for The Cromer Pier Show and Cromer Pier Christmas Show, please ask the box office team how that works.
To limit large audiences congregating in the Pavilion Bar area pre-show, north wind permitting, we will be opening the side auditorium doors for immediate entry into the theatre.
Help us to save paper and money by using digital or printed copies of the order confirmation that you received by email (as the wifi speed can be slow at the theatre we recommend screenshotting the email on your phone showing the date and your seat numbers) If you would like a ticket as a memento of your visit, that’s no problem at all, just pop into the box office to collect.

Tickets purchased by redeeming credit vouchers from 2020 cannot be booked online, please book with one of the box office team.
There will be a £3.50 booking fee per online transaction. For many incoming productions the majority of the ticket income is paid to the Production Company or Promoter. We will therefore retain the booking fee to cover the charges applied to us by our financial and booking system providers. Please note a ‘card charge’ will no longer apply.

Concessions are available to seniors over 65, Friends and Patrons of the Theatre, students in education and groups for The Cromer Pier Show, as indicated. Some concessions are available for other shows. Concessions may also apply for carer support for the disabled, please ask the Box Office team for more information.
We have a no refund policy on tickets unless the performance is cancelled. Exchanges are possible for The Cromer Pier Show (subject to availability). A charge of £2.00 per ticket will apply for these services. Credit vouchers issued for the return of Cromer Pier Show tickets are valid for 12 months.
In consideration of our patrons, we regret latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. The management reserve the right to refuse admission and the Duty Manager’s decision is final.
In respect of other patrons please do not talk or use mobile phones during the performances. Patrons may dance at some performances but please respect those around you.
If a member of your party has allergies such as a nut allergy, please talk to the box office team on how we can seat you safely so that you can enjoy your theatre experience worry-free (subject to availability)
There are ramps to the Pier entrance and wheelchair access to the Pavilion Bar and Theatre. Limited wheelchair positions are available in the Auditorium, and very limited wheelchair storage is available. Mobility scooters must be parked outside and not in the Pavilion Bar or Auditorium.
We kindly request that you allow adequate time to get settled into the designated wheelchair spaces before the performance starts. Our Duty Manager and Ushers are on hand to assist you with getting to your seats.
Handsets or neck loops are available at the Theatre. Pre-booking of these is advisable – please contact the Box Office team.
