The Box Office is at the entrance to the Pier on the right hand side. Open daily from 10am and right up until 8pm on show nights for purchases & ticket collection. Closed at 5pm at other times.
All tickets can be booked online,by phone or in person.
Please collect your tickets from the Box Office at the entrance to the Pier at least 30 minutes prior to the performance, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the view!

There will be a £3.00 booking fee per online transaction. For many incoming productions the majority of the ticket income is paid to the Production Company or Promoter. We will therefore retain the booking fee to cover the charges applied to us by our financial and booking system providers. Please note a ‘card charge’ will no longer apply. If you book and pay in person at the Box Office or over the phone the £3.00 booking fee will not apply.

Concessions are available to seniors over 65, Friends and Patrons of the Theatre, students in education and groups for The Cromer Pier Show, as indicated. Some concessions are available for other shows. Concessions may also apply for carer support for the disabled, please ask the Box Office team for more information.
TICKETS CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Re-sale or exchanges (min 7 days notice) are only available for The Cromer Pier Show tickets. Re-sales are only considered for shows that are sold out. A charge of £2.00 per ticket will apply for these services. Credit vouchers issued for the return of Cromer Pier Show tickets are valid for 12 months.
In consideration of our patrons, we regret latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. The management reserve the right to refuse admission.
In respect of other patrons please do not talk or use mobile phones during the performances. Patrons may dance at some performances.
There are ramps to the Pier entrance and wheelchair access to the Pavilion Bar and Theatre. Limited wheelchair positions are available in the Auditorium, and very limited wheelchair storage is available. Please advise the Box Office team at the time of booking regarding the size of the wheelchair to ensure comfort and in consideration of other audience members. Mobility scooters must be parked outside and not in the Pavilion Bar or Auditorium.
We kindly request that you allow adequate time to get settled into the designated wheelchair spaces before the performance starts. Our Duty Manager and Ushers are on hand to assist you with getting to your seats.
Handsets or neck loops are available at the Theatre. Pre-booking of these is advisable – please contact the Box Office team.
