Cromer Pier Pavilion Theatre is committed to ensuring all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience and are able to participate in our events equally.
For guests in wheelchairs and for those with mobility difficulties, there are ramps to the access the pier entrance and wheelchair access to the Pavilion bar and theatre.
Wheelchair positions are available in the auditorium and we have limited wheelchair storage available. Please call the box office on 01263 512495 to book wheelchair spaces. Mobility scooters can be parked outside but unfortunately, they cannot be parked inside the pavilion bar or auditorium.
Welcoming Guests with Assistance Dogs
Cromer Pier is committed to upholding the Equality Act 2010 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Northern Ireland). We welcome highly trained assistance dogs to all our premises, including the auditorium. If you have any concerns or questions when booking a show, please contact the Box Office on 01263 512495 or talk to our helpful staff on the day.
We are happy to book a free ‘seat’ for your assistance dog (subject to availability), to allow extra space & comfort for you, your assistance dog, and other visiting guests, to enjoy the show. We would like to thank Assistance Dogs UK – assistancedogsuk.gov.uk, for their support.
We have two accessible toilets on the premises. To the right-hand side of the pavilion bar/theatre and Tides Bistro, there is also a public toilet at the entrance to the pier on the right-hand side accessed with a radar key.
For theatre guests with hearing difficulties, we have a number of handsets and neck loops available. Please pre-book these by contacting the box office on 01263 512495
