How do I book a group?

When you have a preferred date and approximate numbers, simply contact us at group@chrisd278.sg-host.com or phone our dedicated phone line and we’ll take you through the booking process – 01263 514459.

The best thing about a group booking with us is that there is absolutely no financial commitment or confirmation of numbers at the point of booking, leaving you plenty of time to sell your trip and get the money in.   You will receive a full booking breakdown, packed with useful information about your booking, payment details, and a seating plan highlighting the seats of your choice.  Confirmation of your final numbers and payment is just one month before the show date.   We prefer payments by phone with a debit/credit card or by direct bank transfer.   We do, however, understand that some clubs use cheques, therefore cheques are accepted if the other payment options are not possible.

Tides Bistro can offer your group a great menu choice on pre-ordered meals,  a unique venue above the waves with all those little finishing touches that makes your experience extra special, and it is just a short stroll to the theatre before or afterward.   Available for bookings pre or post-show for matinee performances and pre-show for evening performances.   You can view the menu choices here 

Our glossy show programmes are a must as a souvenir of your unique theatre experience, you can book those in advance, making sure that you don’t miss out, in case they all get snapped up.  We can also order interval drinks and ice creams in advance, leaving you more time to enjoy the interval.

A day trip to Cromer Pier treats you to a full-day experience, experience outstanding views of the stunning North Norfolk Coast, eat, drink, and enjoy the view either at the Pavilion Bar or Tides Bistro and pop into our perfectly stocked gift shop, you can find it at the entrance to the pier,  packed with exclusive premium gifts and memory makers to remind you of your visit.

Cromer itself boasts a wide range of independent shops and eateries, fresh air, blue flag beaches, and much more besides.

Whilst we cannot guarantee the weather will be kind we can guarantee a memorable day out above the waves. 

Our History:

Cromer Pier is a historic and iconic venue dating back to the Victorian seaside heyday.  There has been a jetty on this site since 1391, but the pier as it is today was built in 1900.  Originally a bandstand, the pier evolved in the 1930s with the creation of the pavilion that you see today, we are proud to still have remnants of the original bandstand in the theatre to this day.   Awarded the coveted title of National Pier Society Pier of the Year in 2015 and runners up for the past two years.   There is a perfect sense of freedom on the pier, a little time and space to just enjoy being you, despite how many others are doing exactly the same thing.

Our famous 450-seat theatre is one of only five end-of-pier theatres in the UK, giving you the perfect blend of an intimate theatre experience, but can attract the finest acts on the variety circuit, including comedians, speciality acts , outstanding vocals, and classical and contemporary dance.
